Customer service is my primary role where I help customers who are having problems with their fridge or freezer. I ask questions to diagnose possible issues to understand whether the problem is a seal or a door closing problem.
My aim is to help my customer in solving the problem themselves if that is possible or letting them know the Seal a Fridge technician is able to fix the seal or door closing issue.
I like to keep the customer informed about when the technician will be visiting their area using SMS or phone call.
My other responsibility is the bookkeeping side of the business.
