Man cave fridge or just a restoration – we can help
November 17, 2020Old fridges outlast the newer ones we buy due to the technology they had 40 or 50 years ago. The components were made to last and surprisingly they have.
Restorers who love a challenge will sand back the paint on an old round top fridge and respray to get beautiful results. The fridge becomes a showpiece in a home or man cave.
Seal a Fridge Northern Vic is able to put a black seal in these fridges so that the fridge works well and just adds to the beauty of the restored item.
If you are restoring an old round top fridge or freezer, give us a call and we can put a new custom made seal in your showpiece.

Greater Shepparton – Stronger than ever Together
July 29, 2020Here in Greater Shepparton we’re developing new ways to do business, creating safer in-store experiences and unique online services. Many of our businesses have changed their hours of operation and are offering new, online, no contact pick up, and delivery options to meet community needs.
Our businesses have been highly responsive, creative and resilient during the pandemic, we need to be loud and proud about this and celebrate how we have worked together to keep our community safe and well while support the region’s economy.
Times have been tough and with this pandemic we just don’t know what’s around the corner. We need to continue to work together to navigate the ever changing landscape created by the COVID-19 pandemic, while continuing to actively position Greater Shepparton as the premier business and services hub for Northern Victoria.
Lets continue to support each other and shop local first and always!

The purpose of Working for Victoria Cleaning Blitz is twofold, to provide employment opportunities for people who have lost their job due to the economic impacts of coronavirus, as well as, enabling the deep cleaning of public assets to further assist with slowing the spread of coronavirus.
The Victorian Government has engaged cleaning services throughout the state to assist with cleaning and disinfecting high foot-traffic areas such as local shopping strips, retail districts, parks and open public spaces.
The cleaning will support the work already being undertaken by Council, and provide much needed short-term employment for members of our community.
Locally, the cleaning and disinfecting will be delivered by Cleanaway Shepparton. Cleanaway will be working during daylight hours, seven days a week for the four weeks starting Saturday 16 May.
Cleanaway’s areas of focus will include traffic light buttons and poles, signs and poles, street and park benches, handrails, front door handles and the exterior of public toilets.

May 6, 2020Greater Shepparton Foundation has joined with the Uniting Settlement Support team in Shepparton to record videos covering crucial COVID-19 health and safety messaging in multiple languages.
The videos are a valuable tool to communicate vital information to our CaLD communities to help them protect themselves and the wider community.

The videos are available in Arabic, Persian/Dari, Dinka, Hazaragi, Swahili, Punjabi and Filipino.
These videos are being shared as widely as possible via WhatsApp and Viber groups in culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, allowing everyone to play them directly on their phones without having to navigate websites.
