We offer low impact and gentle exercise with power assisted pilates, giving benefits of mobility, flexibility, strengthening and mindfulness to help over 50’s and senior members of the community to stay active and all within a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. Clients can also complete a pre/post rehab program prior to or after surgery to gain/regain muscle strength for optimising their chances of a better recovery process.
